发送邮件至 1150001740@qq.com。请附上 App 版本、设备型号、问题发生的大致时间和复现步骤;仅在确有必要且你愿意时附上相关截图。App 内“设置 → 联系作者”目前会打开作者的小红书主页,并受小红书自己的隐私政策约束。
删除账户与日记数据
已通过 Apple 登录:前往“设置 → Apple 账户 → 删除账户”并完成两次确认。若有有效订阅,请另行在 Apple 账户中取消;删除 App 或 Inking 账户不会取消 Apple 订阅。
若因购买历史无法自动删除,或你使用的是匿名日记,请发送邮件并提供 App 设置页中的日记编号。我们会核实请求并删除不再需要且法律不要求保留的数据。完整步骤见账户与数据删除说明。
购买、订阅与恢复
可在“设置 → 墨水与购买”查看余额、购买记录、管理订阅或恢复订阅。账单与退款由 Apple 处理,请通过 App Store 的购买记录或 Apple 支持提交退款请求。若墨水未到账,请提供日记编号、产品名称、购买时间和 Apple 订单问题的非敏感截图,不要发送完整支付凭据。
隐私请求
访问、更正、删除或其他隐私请求,请发送邮件并在主题中注明“Inking 隐私请求”。处理方式见隐私政策。
现实中的紧急情况
Inking 不是紧急服务,也不提供医疗或心理危机干预。如果你或他人面临即时危险、自伤风险或医疗紧急情况,请立即联系所在地紧急服务、危机热线或可信任的人。
General questions and feedback
Email 1150001740@qq.com. Include the app version, device model, approximate time, and steps to reproduce. Attach a relevant screenshot only if necessary and you are comfortable doing so. “Settings → Contact the Author” currently opens the author’s Xiaohongshu profile, where Xiaohongshu’s privacy policy applies.
Delete an account or diary data
If you signed in with Apple, go to “Settings → Apple Account → Delete Account” and complete both confirmations. Cancel any active subscription separately in your Apple account; deleting Inking or the Inking account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
If purchase history prevents automated deletion, or you use an anonymous diary, email us with the diary code shown in the app’s settings. We will verify the request and delete data that is no longer needed and is not legally required to be retained. See Account and Data Deletion for complete steps.
Purchases, subscriptions, and restoration
Open “Settings → Ink & Purchases” to view your balance and history, manage a subscription, or restore it. Apple handles billing and refunds; use your App Store purchase history or Apple Support to request a refund. If ink was not delivered, provide your diary code, product name, purchase time, and a non-sensitive screenshot of the Apple order issue. Do not send complete payment credentials.
Privacy requests
For access, correction, deletion, or another privacy request, email us with “Inking Privacy Request” in the subject. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Real-world emergencies
Inking is not an emergency service and does not provide medical or crisis intervention. If you or someone else faces immediate danger, self-harm risk, or a medical emergency, contact local emergency services, a crisis line, or a trusted person now.
