删除 Inking 账户和数据

已通过 Apple 登录

1. 打开 Inking，进入“设置”。
2. 选择“Apple 账户”。
3. 选择“删除账户”，阅读提示并完成两次确认。
4. 删除完成后不会自动创建新账户；下次主动提交新的日记内容时，才会创建一本新的匿名日记。

删除请求会移除 Inking 账户、Apple 登录关联、日记、回信、衍生记忆、自定义人设和墨水数据。购买历史或有效订阅不会阻止账户删除。服务会尝试通过 Apple 撤销登录授权；如果 Apple 撤销暂时不可用，App 会提示你在 Apple 账户中手动停止使用 Inking。

订阅与购买记录

删除 Inking 账户不会取消由 Apple 管理的订阅。若要停止续订，请前往 iPhone 或 iPad 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”另行取消。你不需要先取消订阅，也可以删除 Inking 账户。

为防止重复交付、处理退款或欺诈以及履行会计或法律义务，必要交易记录会与日记、Inking 账户和 Apple 登录标识分离，并以受限的假名化记录保留。服务还会保留一个由设备标识经服务器密钥生成的 HMAC 防滥用标记，用于防止反复领取一次性欢迎墨水；该标记不含原始设备 UUID，也不能恢复日记内容。如果 App 内删除没有成功，可发送邮件至 l1150001740@gmail.com 并提供日记编号。不要发送 Apple ID 密码、完整交易凭据或 API 密钥。

匿名日记

2. 选择“Apple 账户”。无需先登录。
3. 选择“删除这本匿名日记和数据”，阅读提示并完成两次确认。
4. 服务端删除完成后，App 会清除本地内容且不会自动创建新账户；下次主动提交新的日记内容时，才会创建一本没有旧内容的新匿名日记。

只删除 App 只能移除设备端内容，不会删除服务端日记；请先使用上述 App 内删除功能。邮件仅作为 App 内删除失败时的支持渠道。

处理范围

请求完成后，我们会删除不再需要且法律不要求保留的数据，并按上文说明分离必要交易记录和防滥用标记。数据在正常备份轮换中可能延迟清除。更多信息见隐私政策。

If you signed in with Apple

1. Open Inking and go to “Settings.”

3. Select “Delete Account,” read the notice, and complete both confirmations.
4. Deletion does not automatically create a new account. A new anonymous diary is created only after you deliberately submit new diary content.

The request deletes the Inking account, Apple sign-in link, diary text, replies, derived memory, custom personas, and ink data. Purchase history or an active subscription does not block deletion. The service attempts to revoke Sign in with Apple authorization; if Apple revocation is temporarily unavailable, the app tells you how to stop using Inking manually in your Apple account.

Subscriptions and purchase records

Deleting an Inking account does not cancel a subscription managed by Apple. To stop renewal, cancel it separately under “Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions” on your iPhone or iPad. You can delete the Inking account without canceling first.

To prevent duplicate fulfillment, handle refunds or fraud, and meet accounting or legal obligations, necessary transaction records are separated from the diary, Inking account, and Apple sign-in identifier and retained as access-restricted pseudonymous records. We also retain an anti-abuse HMAC derived from the device identifier to prevent repeated one-time welcome grants; it contains no raw device UUID and cannot recover diary content. If in-app deletion does not succeed, email l1150001740@gmail.com with your diary code. Do not send your Apple ID password, full transaction credentials, or API keys.

Anonymous diaries

1. Open Inking and go to “Settings.”
2. Select “Apple Account.” You do not need to sign in.
3. Select “Delete This Anonymous Diary and Data,” read the notice, and complete both confirmations.
4. After the server confirms deletion, the app clears local content and does not automatically create a new account. A new anonymous diary with no old content is created only after you deliberately submit new diary content.

Deleting the app alone removes on-device content but not the server-side diary. Use the in-app deletion option first. Email is only a support path if in-app deletion fails.

What happens to the data

After completion, we delete data that is no longer needed and is not legally required to be retained, and separate the necessary transaction records and anti-abuse marker described above. Removal from backups may be delayed until normal backup rotation completes. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
