删除之前，先确认要带走什么。

你可以在 App 内发起账户删除，也可以为匿名日记或无法自动完成的情况提交人工请求。账户删除不可恢复，且不会自动取消 Apple 订阅。

已通过 Apple 登录

  1. 打开 Inking，进入“设置”。
  2. 选择“Apple 账户”。
  3. 选择“删除账户”，阅读提示并完成两次确认。
  4. 删除完成后，当前设备会创建一本新的匿名日记。

删除请求会移除不再需要的账户、日记、回信、衍生记忆和墨水数据。为交易核对、防欺诈、退款争议、会计或法律义务所必需的记录可能继续保留，并与日常日记内容分离或尽可能去标识化。

有订阅或购买历史

删除 Inking 账户不会取消 Apple 订阅。请先前往 iPhone 或 iPad 的“设置 → Apple 账户 → 订阅”管理或取消 Inking 订阅。

当前版本中，存在有效订阅或购买历史时，自动删除可能无法完成。请发送邮件至 1150001740@qq.com，并提供日记编号。不要发送 Apple ID 密码、完整交易凭据或 API 密钥。

匿名日记

删除 App 会移除设备端内容，但不会自动识别并删除服务端日记。若要删除服务端数据，请在删除 App 前复制“设置”页中的日记编号，然后发送邮件提交请求。我们可能要求提供足以确认你与该日记关系的非敏感信息。

处理范围

请求经验证后，我们会删除或去标识化不再需要且法律不要求保留的数据。数据在正常备份轮换中可能延迟清除。更多信息见隐私政策。

If you signed in with Apple

  1. Open Inking and go to “Settings.”
  2. Select “Apple Account.”
  3. Select “Delete Account,” read the notice, and complete both confirmations.
  4. After deletion, the current device creates a new anonymous diary.

The deletion request removes account, diary, reply, derived-memory, and ink data that is no longer needed. Records necessary for transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention, refund disputes, accounting, or legal obligations may be retained and separated from ordinary diary content or de-identified where practical.

If you have a subscription or purchase history

Deleting your Inking account does not cancel an Apple subscription. First manage or cancel Inking under “Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions” on your iPhone or iPad.

In the current version, automated deletion may not complete when an active subscription or purchase history exists. Email 1150001740@qq.com with your diary code. Do not send your Apple ID password, full transaction credentials, or API keys.

Anonymous diaries

Deleting the app removes on-device content, but it does not automatically identify and delete the server-side diary. Before deleting the app, copy the diary code shown in Settings and email it with your request. We may ask for non-sensitive information sufficient to confirm your relationship to that diary.

What happens to the data

After verification, we delete or de-identify data that is no longer needed and is not legally required to be retained. Removal from backups may be delayed until normal backup rotation completes. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
